Winckelman Tiles

The Winckelman tile is a traditional Victorian tile which has graced our homes for decades and the reason is obvious. Coming in many different, wonderful sizes, shapes, and patterns, they are bound to be an absolute point of admiration in anyone’s home.

Typically used in, but not restricted to, hallways and bathrooms, these tiles make impactful wall and floor designs. They can be used to create an ambush of pattern or, used more simply, to give a nod to their Victorian origin in a simpler more refined way. The bottom line is, there’s a Winckelman style to be loved by everyone.

Available in an abundance of colours, these tiles have their own bespoke personality. You and your tiler can decide how to lay them. Do you like a border? Do you like the classic black and white look? Or are you more of a burnt orange, sage green, and grey blue? Either way, these tiles can allow you to be as creative as you feel.

Though these Victorian tiles have recently made a dramatic comeback, that doesn’t mean they will disappear like some fads. No no, not our classic Winckelmans. They are timeless.
